People can develop hives, when you are in sun or if one takes certain medications or have a sun sensitivity. You may experience red, scaly & extremely itchy bumps & even blister, you may be having medications that can cause on allergic sun reaction. Try to carry moisturizer with you so you can apply it after washing your hands & when your skin feels dry. Stay out of the sun in such cases.
1. Bathing helps keep your skin cool & Clean, Take shower two times a day to feel refreshed.
2. Make sure to use hats, caps, scarfs, masks or goggles while going out. Protect your skin from sun & wear sun protective clothes & Apply sunscreen.
3. Consume plenty of fluids & fruits to hydrate well & use sunscreen half –an-hour to stepping out repeat its application every 3-4 hour.
4. Exercising outdoor during the peak summer hour is not a good idea, choose early morning & late evening for workouts or just exercise indoors.
5. It is important to wear the right fabric to protect your skin from the ill effects of harsh sunlight wearing light colored clothes made of cotton can help your skin breath.
