Cardiac Surgeon

Cardiac surgeons are doctors trained to work on treating heart conditions affecting the heart arteries and heart valves. A cardiac surgeon may perform coronary artery bypass surgery, heart transplant, valve replacement, implantation of pacemakers, repair of a congenital heart condition, and placing stents in the heart.
